  • 2017 World Teacher's Day
  • WEU participated in the 2017 celebrations for World Teachers' Day. This event was attended by many other institutions and hosted by The Copperbelt University.

    The university celebrated it's fourth graduation with a ceremony which was graced with the presence of various prestigious members of society. The graduants marched from the campus to the venue in solidarity.

  • Technology Studies Project

    Expressive Arts students were engaged in a project on 25th November, 2016. The project theme was to design and build fictional school with limited and basic materials. Students carried this task with very artistic results.

To help create Zambia’s future, WEU challenges students to reach their highest level of achievement and gives every student opportunities to apply their learning to our distinctive natural and cultural environment. Faculty regularly collaborate with students on research, internships, and community outreach projects that provide practical applied learning experiences -- our students graduate with a degree or diploma and a résumé, ready to continue their education or enter the workforce.
